Season 7 level 30 Reward won’t let me choose!

I have an ARSENAL past and present squad as you’ll see on my account in my club. I have been playing for hours tirelessly because I wanted the Nicholas Pepe rewards which is achieved at level 30 of the current season (7). But when I opened the reward, it was only providing me with Cuadrado. I have taken photos and attached them as proof. It will not give me the option to select Nicholas Pepe so I have no choice but to press advance on the player I don’t want. Can someone help me please?

ps I’ve already opened a case, and they closed it as resolved without helping or reaching out… wth EA!!??
