If the season pass isn't displaying correctly, quit Ultimate Team, then the game, and restart. This helps syncing online data again.
Additionally, if you are on console, you can do a power cycle:
Turn off your console completely by holding the power button. Wait for the power light to stop flashing, then remove the power cable. Leave the console unplugged for 20 minutes. Reconnect the console and turn it back on.
If it keeps happening, could you share some more details like you platform and a screenshot ?
