EA FC 25 ps5 platform, game play horrible.

EA FC25 , PS 5 , game is unplayable,  EA doesn’t even bother to do something to help customers, it’s just send us to this forum, here where no one give you a clue how to fix the game play freeze and slow game play , I post for many times , and I get bot answers like : can you tell us what problems are you facing and what game . Hello that’s a big shame on you guys.
