So two days ago I bought the premium season pass but then the entire season pass stopped loading and it would say “the season pass Service is currently unavailable and you will not be able to earn progression towards your season pass” I contacted the support today and he told me to write my problem here and the community manager will give me my coins back.
I’ve got the exact same issue, you can claim levels and xp on the web/companion app but not through the game itself so annoying
Same issue here, also told to post my issue here. I’ve cleared my cache, removed and re-added my profile. Nothing working at all.

It's a bit annoying but if you can just claim the rewards through companion that's the only thing that bypasses this crap unfortunately
True, but another problem is that you can only gain sp from ut objectives, you wont get sp from playing clubs, career mode, etc.
Bought season pass couple of days ago onps4 now changed to ps5 and season pass is not available anymore pls help me guys
Same issue, but i have also a strange thing, i cannot use R1 for the double pressing, it wont works xD i changed settings and pad but nothing
They still haven’t fixed the season pass it’s broke :(
