SHAPESHIFTER CAN BE PACKED IN EA FC 25?

I BOUGHT A PACK WITH FP, BUT BEFORE THAT I CHECKED % OF WHAT PLAYERS I CAN PACK, THERES PERCENTAGE FOR SHAPESHIFTERS CARDS THAT ARE NOT IN THE GAME YET. DOES IT MEAN MY PACKPULL % IS DIFFERENT THAN B...

Yeah I contacted them too they didn’t seem to help me either and I haven’t received anything I spend a lot of points on it too hoping for smth

False AD as always, EA will not give you anything, I spent a lot to those pack also, got nothing from it either
