I was leading a squad battle game 2-1. It got a sudden Playstation screen out of nowhere(recorded), I opened the game but unfortunately I had a forfeit defeat.
Then I shared this experience with chat EA help, and I’ve been told there is no solution and they encouraged me to write it here…

Bro your not the only one eafc 25 is just bad I have had enough the past two weeks we’re just terrible scripting to another level I lost it today because even if the player was right infront of me the pass would be too slow to too weak and the player does not want to even get the ball just watching it go right between his legs it’s crazy ea is just bad

There is a large thread in the bug report forum. They just updated that it’s under investigation and they are looking for more info so they can fix it. If you haven’t already post your details in there.
Yeah but due to the nature of the game you are trying to get those points in a certain time hence you can get a better pack and you can do SBC etc. etc…

This is due to the lack of information about how much the game has changed since it came out last year and how much the game changed in the past couple of weeks and a few weeks of development has changed over time and how much the gameplay has changed since the last few months have changed over the years.

I never said it was solved. I don’t think anyone said it was solved. It’s under investigation.
It would make sense for the problem to be solved by the same people that are trying so hard to solve it and not just to make it worse but to make it more worse for everyone else and make it worse because they don’t want to solve anything that doesn’t work and that’s why they are trying so hard not just to try to solve things but they want us all in the same place. I really do believe they are trying hard to solve things but they are trying so hard to solve it and it’s not easy and they don’t even know how to solve things and they are closer to solving it.

I've just had the same issue yesterday. Obviously lost a guaranteed 1500+ points. 4-0 up at half-time and the game crashes. Wrote to EA, and they told me to write on here.
My expectations are 0 of course, but it's not right that nothing gets done for all these issues.
