This is getting ridiculous. Out of the 12 squad battle matches the game crashes for 3 to 4 of them resulting in a loss of 3;0 each time. This severely impacts my weekly rewards, every week!I even went through the hassle of factory resetting my PS5 which made no difference to this problem what so ever. There are numerous posts on here about this issue and still no response or fix. I would like a full refund as this product is obviously broken beyond repair. It is unplayable.

Why are you guys keep repeating this question for past 6 months and not give any feebacks then checking internet bandwitdth???? Over 100 people mentioned this already "ITS NOT THEIR BANDWITH" and again you ask same lame question "WHAT IS EXACTLY HAPPNENING?" over and over without any soloutions. What kinda people do you take us for? You guys do nothing but driving us mad and angry for no reason. YOU ARE HAPPENING! THATS WHATS HAPPENING!!!!

You’ve got months worth of posts to tell you exactly what’s happening. Stop asking for details and start giving some feedback about what you are doing about it. A major part of your weekly gameplay is broken. Has been for months.

Lol as if you don't know, it's been reported by many different people here . It's a know issue and still not fixed 5 months after release.Joke company with worst support ever.Don't think EA will get any money from me or my family for anything in the future ever!

What exactly is happening when the game crashes clivesharkey?

Do you have an error message of any kind?

Does it freeze or crash to home menu?

This is due to the fact that the first time we saw the first one we were able to get the same thing from the first one and the second time it was the first one that we got it nearly worked but we didn’t get the first one because it wasn’t working.

It happens to me to. No error message just a split second it lags/glitches then boots me off the game. This ONLY happens in Squad Battles. It doesn't take you back to the home screen, it straight up kicks out of the whole game. I read on reddit that it happens if you got evos on the bench, don't know if that's a valid claim.

No I have tried playing squad battles with no evos on the bench and it still happens.
The game actually crashed 4 games in a row playing squad battles today. It's got to the point where I'm just going to delete this game!
