Squad building

I am trying to complete the world tour France league upgrade SBC but can’t seem to complete this as players from Angers SCO in the French league are completely extinct and when some do go on the market it’s impossible to buy them as bots seem to be sniping them. Can this be addressed to EA or with they fail the paying customer yet again.
