Still No Access to Web App After 50 Hours Played

Hi,

I’ve been playing EA FC 25 Ultimate Team for about a month now, and I still don’t have access to the Web App or the Companion App. I’ve put in over 50 hours of gameplay and played more than 80 matches, mostly in Division Rivals. I’ve only rage quit twice, and I’ve never been toxic or abusive in any way. My EA account is fully verified with two-factor authentication, and everything is correctly linked. I play daily through Amazon Luna using a Steam account, and I’ve been trying to play fair and build my team properly. Despite all this, I keep getting the same message: that I don’t have access to the Web App yet. I’ve contacted EA Support multiple times, but they only send me the same generic response, telling me to keep playing. It’s been a month already, and nothing has changed. I’d really appreciate it if someone from the team could review my account manually and tell me what’s going on. I’ve clearly met the normal requirements.
