Store Pack Glitch

I bought some fc points and bought packs except it let me buy more then I was supposed to it said I can buy 2 but it let me get 4 instead (94+ Duo Guarantee Card Week 5) so when I opened the extra 2 I got exactly the same stuff from the 2 I just opened so it basically let me open the same pack again.  It was the same players and everything and the support team are not helping me what do I do now?
