Stupid bicycle kick obj is beyond ludicrous

Why put a stupid objective that needs you to do a bicycle kick when they don't even register , I've tried and tried and tried and nothing registers do I can't complete the objective for odebart , honestly who thinks up this nonsense and thinks it's a good idea???
