Team tactics on xbox co-op

Hi everyone, today i downloaded fc25 on my xbox series s to play together with my roommate. When i tried the change team tactics the game wants other player to also come to the same menu and we should go in tactics together. One cant change his players while other changes his tactics they both should be on the same tactic at the same time for a reason?

I mean overall i am okay with the gameplay but except for these menus and formation screen and tactics. Who designed these? And more importantly why no one said “well dude this looks like *”. Sorry but menus are terrible. Is there any fix for it or does anyone know if there will be a patch to fix these menus?
