I have a few questions, if that's ok:
- Are you having issues in any other modes, or just Ultimate Team?
- How long have you had this issue, roughly?
- Could you try following the steps in this article to see if that solves the issue, and if that doesn't work, could you try a reinstall of the game? It's amazing how often that can solve technical issues like this.
