1 in 2 games now is cheaters.I only play pro clubs and 1 in 2 games is against 99 rated teams, including A.I.WHY CANT WE REPORT THEM IN GAME?8 BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY. ITS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE.You make it deliberately difficult to report cheaters. I wonder why that is!

It must be made easier to report players. Otherwise, the system may be heavily exploited by players who have simply rightly lost a game.I don't believe that a report is checked manually by EA and an algorithm takes over. Manual checking would take a lot more time and customer service would suffer as a result. Maybe that's one reason why you can "only" report a player via the form.

@RedRuss84 I would guess every game would be reported. You would probably have to start banning for false reports too.

@RedRuss84 You don’t see the problem with the possibility of people abusing the system? There is probably a thread a day about someone being wrongly banned on here already.

@RadioShaqs How exactly can you abuse the system?If you play against someone who cheats and has 99 rated players including A.I. it's pretty apparent they're cheating.If there are no grounds, then that's up to EA to sort out. You can't just legitimise cheating because it would mean too much work. It's an 8 BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY. Stop making excuses for them.

@hab74n7d9q6a You can report it just not in game but also acknowledge that this community will obviously abuse it too and you will get unwanted bans if not done properly.

@RadioShaqs why can call of duty and fortnite for example do it ingame? And have results. You get a message of a succsfull ban or wont if he was not cheating or it was not discovered by them.

Also is not strange that you reply more often then a ea employee

I tried this out. I have a post from october 11th. I have had no response. So i made a new one. They place it together but never i have had a response. That is not okay

@hab74n7d9q6aThis is what I was saying in the other thread. That op wanted to spam the forum and all it does it get your post shoved down. Not only that when ea does respond in a couple of the bigger threads people miss it. But I am the bad guy because I don’t like spam and would rather have order on the forum.
Also it looks like ea responded to your issue did they not? It was in a different language so I might of misread the translation but looks like you got your answer.

The ticket has been closed and no updates will be given anymore.
The studio says everybody got their rewards.

And that is a flatout lie. I havent gotten any rewards i am entitled to.
And that is an example of ea. Just say everybody got it and we wont work for the ones we forgot.

About order on here a little change in a dropbox. For example the rewards.
You go down to rewards. Then you get a choice SB rivals champs or other.
Then its easy to put it al together.

The problem hasnt been solved but they act like they did something.

The biggest problem is here on the english they say they are looking into it. The dutch say everything has been done and nothing
will be done anymore.
But there is no way to open it.

So i wasted hours of my life for rewards i dont recieve

Lmao this is very simple. The money don't smell for them. They're too lazy to do something with this. it costs too much for EA to create a police to ban cheaters
