The game is completely random

First time I lose all the game sin Champions!
every opponent ran twice faster then me, in every game I never passed the 65% accurancy in passing. 
Impossible to disarm the oponnet that just press x randomly until they are alone with my keeper.

The IA in my defence is dumb, players run to abstract areas to leave opponent alone to score..

The ball is in the air and I don't want to go for the ball and I can't decide that, my player will go for the ball despite I'm pressing buttons to go away.

60% of the goals are rebound that go to opponent

More then ever the game play sucks and is random, imposisble to play.
