Question

Hello,&nbsp;I have received this message when trying to purchase a player since Wednesday at around 3 PM EST. I did purchase many cards in bulk, however most soft bans usually only last 24h. Please help me&nbsp;

@testen__ Its because its most likely a connection issue, rather than a soft ban.

try to troubleshoot your connection using this guide https://help.ea.com/nz/help/faq/problems-playing-online/ and also if you play on PS5 or PS4, restore your licenses and clear your PS5 PS4 cache

Thank you for the suggestions but that is not the issue. I can connect to the EA servers as well as ultimate team, but when I go to purchase a player that is when the issue arises
