Thoughts on Ref Logic?
Last year the ref logic for calling halftime or game had a lot of players mad that it would give too much extra time.
This year it seems the extreme opposite, myself or my opponent could be clear in on goal, close to the final third and the whistle will blow.
I'm thinking they should make clearer rules for us to know when and where refs will call it, and give a bit more leniency and find a balance between the two.
As for getting carded I'm constantly bombarded with slide tackles that will send a player to the hospital and no whistle is blown or card give, yet using manual defending with bruiser or intercept will often lead to what I'd consider unfair calls.
What would you all like to see changed in ref logic?
Also I'd be nice if they could do VAR checks on penalties in the box but I don't think we're at a point in the quality of the game (physics matching to animations properly) to implement something like that yet.
Maybe at least doing var checks on straight red cards could be useful as some of those calls are pretty bogus.
Except if you're slide tackle murdering me lol...
