On August 14, I reported a player who insulted me in the worst possible way via text chat (PC) (I've rarely been insulted like that before...). I haven't heard anything yet from the support, ticket is still open. Does it always take this long?

I did that. No answer since 14th of august. What should I do?

Ok fair, but at least I should get an update if the ticket was processed? It says still open?!
