I'm no sure I follow, even I have the same issue.
The game shows the download will only happen on the 25th of September.
I have EA PLAY, so if the game isn't downloaded till 25th , how can I play the 10 hours from the 20th.

@Nauv2912 I checked and avaliable trial version, but it's ultimate edition trial, after expire this, maybe need delete and need instal standart edition in 25th september
