Typo on your promo

Hi @Leelongy73, thanks a lot for your report. 

The missing preorder bonus content on FC 24 is currently under investigation. 

Can you tell us where you saw the typo if it still needs to be corrected?

The promo is on the Intro to EA FC 24, on the PS4 version. 

Incidentally, and this may be because we've already pre-ordered EA FC 25, but in the promo, if you click to buy the Ultimate Edition, it comes up with an error. 

Do you have an indication of when the investigation will be concluded? It's now five days since we made the purchase, which is for our son's birthday - naturally, he's eager to see which Icon card he gets (though I'm trying to manage his expectations as it will likely be a duplicate!).
