Ultimate Edition - Steam and Web app - No rewards

I preordered the Ultimate Edition through steam, how do I receive the rewards for FC25 as I tried launching through the WebApp and I didn't have the rewards.

    Hello @CapSwordfish27 ,

    The preorder content will only be received when you launch the game the first time on Steam.
