I have a problem in my ultimate team account when I enter it tells me that I have a problem in my EA account and its not true how I solve it?

Can you check if you still have a PS+ subscription active ? Sometimes it just expires without noticing.
Also, try to use a different connection type. For example, if you are on Wifi, can you connect with 4G hotspot from your phone instead to see if there is a difference.
