Unable to open packs
when I try to open any pack It says I have unassigned items, then it takes me to the item which is a pack redeem token, when I press x to redeem it I get an error connecting to servers message and it throws me out of the store. This cycle keeps happening, even on the companion app.
tried turning console off and on & waited for hours but the issue still persists. I am unable to spend my fifa points.
