Unable to play with Fifa25

Hello,

I have installed the game a few months ago and I had some technical issue such as the game doesn't want to start. When I click on Play it drops me after straight away. I tried to uninstall and reinstall it again but I have the same issue. Did anyone had this problem too? Also, does anyone know how can I fix this issue? I've contacted with EA but they said I should ask fellow players to see if anyone had similar problem. Thank you!
