Unable to save personal settings 1 on console

There's no actual error code. Just says prompt

Looks i mightve fixed it. 

You must go to settings, profile and delete the the ut settings 1 until the last time you played.

Hi, is there a fix for created player limit. I can only create about 50 players. I keep getting this prompt 

The game says "Unable to save Personal Settings 1" and makes the game completely unplayable.

The three options do absolutely nothing.

I've followed all the advice I've seen when searching for this topic for this and previous games, unfortunately most of the ones that worked for other people are aimed at PC players and us console players seem to be left behind.

I am on Xbox One and this has been an issue since before the game even came out, and it sucks to have spent over £60 for a game I can't even play.
