Unauthorised transactions

Question

My son who is 13 years old is using your gaming app. He made several unauthorised transactions in the past few days without our (parents) concern. As he is a minor and since he has done without our knowledge, I'm requesting for a refund of all transactions. I hope you would not encourage such unauthorized transactions by a minor boy. I would really appreciate EA FC mobile to provide me with a refund for all the transactions. This is my request as a parent.

@9cc7339pahmx But since you'll probably just end up here again, I would recommend going through your bank directly and do your best to explain the situation.

I used to go to school with someone who spent over a thousand dollars yearly on these games. It gets to be a real problem if not taken care of.

My son had made multiple transactions. I think only live support executive only can help. But not able to reach them.&nbsp;
