Unfair Permanent Ban – Wrong Platform Flag, No Response, Preordered FC 26
I’m posting here because I received a permanent ban on my EA account, which now blocks me from accessing EA FC 25, and even prevents me from playing any current or future EA titles. I submitted an appeal via the EA Help website under Case #217529266, but I have not received any response.
What makes this more confusing is that the ban originally showed that I was banned on PC — but I’ve never played EA FC on PC. I have always played on my PlayStation 5. Later, the system started showing the ban on PlayStation 4, which I also found strange.
Recently, I returned to my home country and decided to log in on my old PS4. That’s when I was shocked to discover that my account had been banned. I had no prior warning or explanation.
I want to clearly state: I’ve never used any cheats, hacks, or third-party tools. I’ve spent hundreds of hours grinding in Ultimate Team, completing my Season Pass, and enjoying the game fairly. I also pre-ordered EA FC 26, and now I’m locked out of it before it even releases.
I believe this may be a mistake, possibly triggered by a device or location change, and I’m respectfully requesting that someone from EA take a second look at my case.
