Unrewarding rewards...what a shame!

I will catch a lot of hate for this but i genuinely uh think EA did lots of things right this year. The AI of players is by far the best ever, precision shooting is an amazing addition...there is so much to like about this game but why is pack weight the worst it has ever been? Is it just me? Today i opened my div 2 rewards, i was so excited as i have finally made it there and rhey were just as bad as last week. I am yer to pack a palyer even close to a mil. I am not saying packing R9 in evey pack but can it not be a bit better? Played all the competitions including Squad battle and got Elite 1 and not a single good card packed besides a bit of fodder. Is it jist mw?
