UPDATE LIVE START POINTS!!

why does it take so long to add live start points? there's no point in the feature if you're not gonna fix the mechanic that squad updates don't apply to past live start points. 

the last live start point is february 4, but your february 19 squad updates don't apply. at this point, we'll get a live start point, but then another squad update a day later that will then not apply to the live start point.
