Weird situation between EAFC and Honest Networks WiFi specifically
On only my home wifi, Honest Networks being my ISP, there are some extremely strange things happening.
EAFC will load, but extremely slowly, and all modes including single player modes load slowly (4-5 min per loading screen,) and then ONLY Ultimate Team will not load, and give the error message: “Connecting to Ultimate Team is not available at the moment. You will now be returned to the main menu.”
Even stranger is the companion app ALSO will not load up on my home WiFi.
when the PS5 connects to my phone’s hot spot, I can load EAFC just fine as well as UT, but as soon as it’s my WiFi the error starts.
this began last Friday, and I’ve been relentlessly searching for support from EA, PlayStation, and from Honest, and NOBODY knows what’s going on. Have troubleshooted everything you could imagine.
I’m getting hopeless and might just have to wait for the next update….
has this happened to anybody else?
