What is going on with this game

Played like 30 matces on rivals today, half of them got disconnected "can't connect to EA servers" or something and than I can instantly log back in and get DNF penalty. Most of the games I had the lead.

Other times I straight up have 1 pace randomly turned on in games, dont know if its cheaters or a glitch because some people I texted claim they werent cheating. 

On some occasions the game freezes, and when it unfreezes it becomes fast motion and no control until the point you actually are in the game. 

Keep in mind, all these issues happen while I have a PC that has 0 internet or perfomance issues with way higher system requirement games.
