Not sure if you can measure that and even if breaking away from the brand name 'Fifa' has anything to do with how terrible the game is now.
The facts are: after releasing the sales results for FC 25 in January (which were really bad of course), their shares went down to the lowest point since 2008 on the stock market. They managed to save the year because of good old Sims and the release of the brand new College Football game, which only came out in the US. It is all online, if you care to look for it.
Personally, I think this is why FC is so bad this year. I think they had to pull out their best developers from FC into College Football and the development of the new Battlefield, leaving newbies and second class devs in charge of FC 25
