academy players look like ventriloquist dummies, have absolutely atrocious stats, and some of them are even female in my premier league MC

unable to develop some players into specific positions or even play them in certain positions without a huge hit to OVR

same badges, kits, etc, etc for create a club

same limited attire options for creating a manager/editing a real manager's attire (seriously, you can't even make volta clothing available?). oh, look--they added shorts. who the heck is waiting for the game to release thinking "i can't wait to make a manager and put him on that mike phelan drip". this is what makes people think the ea devs have never watched a minute of football.

serious lag/delay when navigating the on-screen keyboard or moving between menu items and sometimes hitting the confirm button doesn't even register

matches feel very arcade-like and very much how PES used to be 

how hard is it to make UT icons--or soccer aid icons--available as managers? just include their faces in the premade creation faces 

are there any other replay options for goals and big moments besides a POV default?
