Was expecting to download Title Update 4 this morning, and start a long-term Manager Career mode save with Ipswich Town, once the accompaning squad update unlocked the new stadium later today, however, nothing shows available in the console dashboard, and no Pitch Notes released last night. Historically, EA does not release Title or squad updates between Fridays and Mondays, apparently, will have to wait, until at least next Tuesday or Wednesday at the earliest for the updates. Very disappointing, and destroys my weekend plans. In the meantime, back to EA College Football 25, as that development team is currently releasing an update this morning through server maintenance. That game has far more bugs and glitches than EA FC 25, however, would be a waste to proceed any further, without Title Update 4 content.

Actually EA created a Portman Road trailer which Ipswich shared on their socials which clearly stated that it would arrive on 31st October.

You are correct, more hopeful than anything. Sources indicated that Portman Road would be released today; never count on a single report for information, however, was confirmed by a number of people. On occasions in the past, EA announcements have been delayed, and appear after the release of updates. For example, with EA College Football 25 this year, out of eight total updates, pre-download announcements and patch notes were not made available for five or six of them, including the update releasing today.

Yes, Refifa does tend to announce changes earlier than others in an attempt to stand out, and is often misguided on update release times, even by several weeks. Did see a follow up by Vapex Karma, the TikTok posting, and two other references, since Monday. Times we live in really, remember ten to twelve years ago, we had to deal with game problems for an entire year, while awaiting updates in the next game release, instead of monthly patches.

To be fair, the Ipswich Town Portman Road trailer literally states 31st October at the end, so I can see why the YouTubers said it would be today.

Update is still not up. Also the reFifa channel also said there would be a UEFA Nations League DLC but I highly doubt it.
