why cant block the player to match with any more in FC25?

Im playin FC on XBOX. I can block the person I dont like and never to match with in FC24 and prior FIFA editions, but I see the block lists dont work in FC25 any more, is that a bug or EA just adjust...

@WayneHeidi To further explain, in this edition, if I blocked a player ID, I can still play with him in the next match.
