Why is not balotelli in UT? when he is in offline modes?

Why is not balotelli in UT for FC25? when he is in offline modes? Playing for genoa till June now.

hes already in offline modes, if you first download latest squads...
in ut there are many players to add yet from late signings like james, etc.. they always add them around winter

@AlxWalkr thanks a lot. I have heard a new update is coming at the start of december. Hope it comes there or in december 21 when usa winter comes. Thanks again.
