Will I keep my FC Founder status switching from Xbox to Steam FC25

As stated in the title I am switching from console to PC and was just wondering if I will keep my FC founder status and EST. date next game on a different platform. Should I reach level 30 in the season pass, will I receive my 84x5 on pc?
