Wrongfully market banned

I bought ea fc 25 and on the first day I bought 240k fc points (which is a lot of money).

I’m pretty good at trading and I was sniping 90 rated Caroline Graham hansens for less than 1 mil and sold for 1.6. Got some for 80k even.

i woke up the next day to find my account transfer banned for buying, selling or trading coins to over accounts?

I disputed this and went of live chat with them aswell but no one could help me and they declined my dispute with no explanation. 

I didn’t break a single rule and I put so much money on to the game just for it to be ruined before the full game even released. I really need help with my ban please cause the ban team aren’t helping me.
