Xbox App Cloud Gamine Issue

Hi has anyone else experienced FC 24 constantly saying you've lost connection to EA servers trying to load the game on Xbox cloud beta App on an LG TV can play every other game so I'm so confused I really don't want to go all the way home to unplug and get my Xbox
