20 days agoHi there. We should go through some troubleshooting. First, I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen. Thanks!

“My internet speed is like this. My brother has the same device. Xbox Series S. When I open my brother’s gaming console with my account, it lets me play one match, but I get the same error in the next match. Is my account restricted?”
