2nd player for co-op requires additional ps plus account

I have the same problem, until 2025 june this was not a problem that means 2nd player without playstation plus account was able to join season mode as a guest, but in july 2025 , now it requires a playstation plus for 2nd player besides 1st player. Why does it require it differently than before? No one answer ?!
