Black Screen / UI not rendering

I have played the game for about 300 hours and have not had any technical issues. Today for the first time ever and out of nowhere when I opened the game it was only a black screen after selecting the settings file. The loading icon shows at the bottom of my screen. I have tried going down once and loading into career mode, It seems to load into it as another loading icon appears and after a while it goes away. So the game is not frozen but it is unplayable. I have tried uninstalling and installing my graphics drivers it did not resolve this issue. I have also selected 'repair' in the EA app. It took only a bit but still did not change anything.
