A problem with SBC challenge

I got sbc challenge for 95 rated flashback from companion app . But when i opened fc25 from my xbox i didn't find her however i found her challenge completed I also cheked the quick sell recovery hopefully she was there but I did't find her 🥲 please give me james or any good compensation or give me my players who i put them in james challenge back .
