I'm also having the same issue... still no resolution in the matter
I tried:
1) Untrusting some devices from previous logins in different PCs that were last used years ago (currently the only trusted device is the PC that I use)
2) Clearing my EA app's cache
3) Changing my password just in case a hacker's tried to access my account (I'm sure they wouldn't because I have 2FA on and the only trusted device is my own personal PC)
4) waiting for 24 hours before re-attempting to launch the game (tried these 3 times so I'm still unable to play the game after 3 days of purchasing it)
All of these don't seem to work, where is your customer support EA?
P.S: Bought the game through Steam, that is account-linked to my EA account (I assume this wouldn't be problematic?)

I found the solution eventually. So what I did that uninstall whole game. And then Installed it into another drive and worked.
