Account hacked

Good luck, it happened to me on tuesday, Ea first tenailed me that they have noticed suspicious activity on my account after i brought it up and at the click of your fingers turned it around to “sorry we can do nothing to help as we can’t find anything that you’ve been hacked” 

How did you get in touch every time I go on the life chat it never puts me through to them

It doesn’t let me go through to live chat is there a contact number I can call

the same happened to me today. 

logged on to see all my sellable players sold in the transfer list and all my in-game currency removed. 

EA are currently looking into it but my case numbers says  "fixed" so i'm well and truly confused. 

just hope it gets sorted. 

Went on to my companion app in the morning had to change my password due to suspicious activity so changed it everything was ok 

Got an email off EA  stating they have reset my password due to suspicious behaviour with my account

reset my password went into the app and all sellable players gone some players I  didn’t have before was up for sale when I wasn’t online and 80k of fc25 coins missing

contacted EA HELP which was no help because apparently they found no suspicious activity even though they made me reset my password twice due to suspicious activity

after they had enough of me explaining they cut me off

i then looked into my account and noticed that I had trusted users from Germany and London in the last couple of day the London one was added today the same day I got hacked 

so then I started another chat with the new evidence and EA Help didn’t want to know again !

I have used time money and effort on this game and my experience with ea help is they have been highly unhelpful no matter what proof how much you plead they just don’t care

Got the same. Absolutely embarrassing how little they care considering so many have come out to say this has happened to them 

Me too but EA customer support is the absolute worst
