Account level set to 0

Hello everyone,

I recently logged into my account on a new computer, and somehow all of my progress was completely reset — I’m now showing as level 1. I’ve invested thousands of hours into FIFA games, and my account was well over level 500. This sudden reset has been extremely frustrating and concerning.

Did anyone else have a similar experience? Can I somehow recover my progress, or should I reach out directly to EA Support?
