Login Verification code

Hi. I have been waiting for a login verification code. I just got a new Xbox series x and I just downloaded the ea fc 25 xbox series s/x version while I had and xbox one which had the xbox one version. When I go into the game it asks for the login verification code and it said it has sent a code to the email that is still active that mom still has. We have checked every folder in Gmail and even sms and still nothing. I even tried to turn off 2-step verification but it still required a code and still hasn't been sent. Now I can be able to play fc online but only offline which sucks. I just want to turn off 2 - step verification so I can just login without trouble and add a secondary email and another number which is mine so I don't always need to ask my mom for the code. I just want be able to play clubs with the boys. My xbox gamer tag is Junebug#8873
