anti cheat crashed when running the game

Reinstalling the anticheat and performing recovery for the launcher and game did not resolve the issue.

I suspect that the Crowd strike Falcon antivirus might be the cause, but it cannot be uninstalled.

It doesn't make sense that a crash, rather than just an inability to run, is occurring due to the antivirus.

Can the anticheat be updated based on the crash dump?

The dmp file can be shared.

The antivirus software may be causing this issue by blocking certain files or interfering with the game. Please ensure that you close any background applications before launching the game. Additionally, add EA AntiCheat, FC 25, and the EA app to the exceptions or exclusions list in your antivirus settings.

The antivirus only performs monitoring and does not block anything.

Is it possible to review the crash dump and improve the anticheat?

Please check if the development team can review the crash issue.

It's understandable if the application doesn't run or an error occurs, but a crash needs to be fixed.

There are no confirmed issues at the moment with the game or Anticheat, so it's likely that some other configuration of apps or software on your PC could be causing this issue. Check your antivirus configuration again for exceptions, as it may have blocked some files already. Try to run your PC in a clean boot mode. 

Isn't the issue that a crash occurs without showing the user an accurate error message?

Do EA's QA or developers not care about the occurrence of crashes?

Isn't it the responsibility of the developer to identify the cause of the issue and support as many environments as possible, rather than blaming the user's environment?
