    I uninstalled McAfee - which worked. I can finally play! Thanks for the help everyone 🙂

@EA_Barry I've tried these and nothing is working. I use a cloud based PC and tried opening multiple tickets most of which get closed with no resolution.

Can you respond to one of the main threads regarding the AntiCheat 137 and Shadow PC with some kind of update?
