Anti cheat issues fc25 - Shadow PC (VM)
I’m using a shadow PC ( VM) and the anti cheat block me. After a moment the game stop and it say u are not on a good configuration.

Can we poor players who can't have a gaming PC solve this anti-cheat error on a PC remotely? We are not cheaters or ruining the game, in fact cloud PCs are based above all on connection speed and nothing more, please fix this. downloaded the update and now it says Unable to Run in A Virtual Machine Security Violation 142

No, talked to EA Help again. There is no fix.
I’ve put in for a refund. Seems EA doesn’t want cloud based platform customers.
downloaded eFootball, it’s free and works really well.
they will not refund because cloud platform has never been officially supported. In any case it's a shame that they did this after some months that game is out and they didn't do a official statement about this. The only hope that we have is that they will add game on xbox cloud gaming, but we will lose all our progression

I got refunded in less than 24hrs after talking to my bank Looks like I'll have to go the bank charge back route.
EA said talk to Steam and Steam said outside of policy. No Refund.It's an insignificant amount of money but it just makes me burn with so much anger.
For how long are we gonna keep waiting ? In fc 24 it was good why they changed it now like that ? Everyone who has the problem has to interact so that they can see it
A lot of players are using VM just to play the game normally without any problems . This is not the first year that we use VM to play Fc or Fifa previously. A fix or a simple update from your side would be very helpful , Thousands of people worldwide have already bought the game because they like it and they want to play it for the whole year until fc 26 , not just for 3 months .
@EA_Pulsaror @EA_Vendcera, could someone tell us if our complaints will be heard or we won't be able to play the game ever again?
Anyone who has this problem needs to share it here in order to reach the people who are in charge at EA . A simple update from them will fix this issue . There is thousands of players who have this problem

- @RamiRez01777 It's been almost 3 Weeks, and we haven't even got one person from EA respond to this thread. The only thing we know is that it's not an issue but something they've done purposely
Yeah i know about it , if more people will react to this issue it will br better so that they know that they have to fix it , game was good , after that they just did this for no reason , everyone has to mention the people in charge here so that they see this thing
EA, please can you fix the Shadow PC issue? Until it has been rectified, I will not be purchasing the game.
